Developed in collaboration with industry leaders, this is an organization that is committed to responsible and ethical AI, ensuring safety and accountability in every facet of their technology.

The Position:

We are looking for a tech-savvy, business-minded solutions architect to join the NY-based team. In this role you will create customized AI solutions for customers utilizing your product knowledge and creativity. Responsibilities will include:

• Partner with customers to define generative AI use cases in their business
• Create genAI solutions and drive adoption in customer environments
• Offer high-level technical guidance, working with technical teams during the implementation phase
• Be a trusted advisor for all things generative AI
• Maintain relationships and partnerships with strategic customers
• Collaborate with sales to run POCs and product demonstrations
• Provide customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product development

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing role at a complex software organization, ideally in AI or deeptech
• Experience in solution design or solution architecture (non-technical, coding is not required) and the ability to identify and create solutions that provide significant value to customers
• You are great when delivering presentations and communicating with both business executives and technical engineers, capable of clearly explaining complex technical ideas
• A demonstrated interest in generative AI, LLMs, data processing, model training and API integration
