Business Solutions Architect - GenAI Solutioning Expert

Location: Hybrid with 2 days p/week at NY office

The Company:

An early-stage startup who are emerging as a key player in visual generative AI solutions. Their technology and AI models allow companies in the creative, media and entertainment industries to create cutting-edge licensed AI content. After recently opening their US headquarters in NYC, this is an opportunity to join the fast-growing solutions team as one of the first hires in the department.

Role Overview:

The Business Solutions Architect is a hybrid pre-sales & post-sales solution engineering position where you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, creating solutions for visual generative AI use cases. High-level technical competency is required, but this is a broad role encompassing solution design, product management, business consulting and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and define visual genAI use cases, partnering with customers during the pre-sales process to design and architect new and innovative AI solutions
• Collaborate with a technical solutions expert to own the post-sales adoption and integration of the platform with customer teams
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption of the platform, acting as a strategic consultant for generative AI initiatives

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a customer-facing capacity at an AI or deeptech product company. Previous roles may include solution architect, solution engineer, customer success, technical consulting or product manager
• Excellent product understanding and a creative approach with the ability to create customized solutions for customers
• Great communication skills and business acumen with the ability to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders
• A demonstrated interest in generative AI, LLMs and foundation models
• A background in visual content, creative technology, martech or adtech and AI's impact on these domains is a bonus
• Excited by the challenges of early stage building with an optimistic and positive attitude
