Solutions Engineer - Generative AI

On-site at the office 2 days per week

A series A international startup with US headquarters in NYC. Their platform provides generative content and modification solutions, including foundation models, APIs, SDKs and web integration. Developed in collaboration with industry leaders, this is an organization that is committed to responsible and ethical AI, ensuring safety and accountability in every facet of their technology.

The Position:

We are looking for a technical customer-facing solutions expert to support enterprise customers from pre-sales proof of concept through to post-sales adoption. In this role you will create customized genAI solutions for customers utilizing your product knowledge and creativity. Responsibilities will include:

• Partner with technical stakeholders (CTO, Head of Data, Engineers) to define generative AI use cases in their business
• Create genAI solutions and drive adoption in customer environments
• Offer technical guidance, working with technical teams during the implementation phase
• Be a trusted advisor for all things generative AI
• Maintain relationships and partnerships with strategic customers and the developer community
• Collaborate with sales to support POCs and product demonstrations
• Provide customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product development

Requirements:

• Experience in a technical customer-facing role at an AI or deeptech software company
• A demonstrated interest in generative AI, LLMs, AI models/foundation models, model training, data & AI infrastructure and API integration
• Experience in solution design and the ability to identify and create solutions that provide significant value to customers
• You are great when delivering presentations and communicating with technical executives and engineers
• Experience in any of the following roles would be relevant: pre-sales, post-sales, sales engineer, solution engineer, solutions consultant, solutions architect, customer success engineer, product manager, technical consultant
