NORTH SUFFOLK COMMUNITY SERVICES INC is Hiring a Director, Adult Outpatient Services Near Boston, MA
North Suffolk Community Services is looking for a Director of Outpatient Services! The Director of Outpatient Services, under the direction of the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Clinical Services, is responsible for the overall planning, development, implementation, and oversight of the Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CBHC) and North Suffolk’s outpatient clinics. The Director works in close collaboration with members of leadership, both internal and external to North Suffolk Community Services (NSCS), to create and sustain a comprehensive continuum of integrated behavioral health care services, grounded in community partnerships and evidence-based practices (EBPs).
What you'll do:
The Outpatient Director develops, implements, oversees and ensures communication among all aspects of CBHC services, including adult and youth crisis response and adult and youth CCS.
Ensures the timely delivery of comprehensive high-quality, collaborative, culturally competent, evidence-based, ethical care according to the CBHC and outpatient models.
Oversees program evaluation; development of in-service training for staff, and establishment of a quality management program for CBHC service components, including AMCI and Adult CCS, and outpatient clinics.
Ensure compliance with all requirements for the CBHC and outpatient models and its components set forth by MBHP, including standard clinical assessment tools, electronic encounter forms, and other data collection requirements.
Participates actively in the education of nurses, social workers and other clinical personnel in the most up-to-date psychiatric diagnosis and treatment recommendations for clients in the clinics.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with North Suffolk's policies and applicable laws
What you'll need:
Education:
Master or doctoral level degree in a relevant field and independent licensure required.
Experience:
Five to ten years of supervisory and senior management experience required, including knowledge of contracts, budgets and fiscal management and oversight.
Five years post-graduate experience providing or overseeing community-based behavioral health services required; preferably in a team, home-based or wraparound model.
