• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician, Helpdesk Technician, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
