Job Description:

As a Sales Associate at Pet Depot, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales growth across our two store locations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Providing expert advice on pet care products, nutrition, and accessories.
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and product displays.
• Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock replenishment.
• Contributing to team goals and achieving personal sales targets.

Requirements:

• - Passion for pets and knowledge of pet care products.
• - Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professional phone etiquette.
• - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• - Reliable transportation and willingness to commute between both store locations.
• - Proficient in English language both written and verbal.
• - Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• - Keen eye for merchandising is a plus

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
