Needing a team player who has the following skills and qualifications: Multi-tasking, Flexibility, Customer Service, Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail, Scheduling, Word Processing , Professionalism, and Quality Focus.
The job includes but not limited to answering phone calls, scheduling patients, assisting the Nurse Practitioner with labs, eventually assisting Dr. Quan with procedures, charting, working with pathology results, and helping to manage patients going in and out the procedure room. Experience with insurance preferred, but not necessary.
Monday - Thursday 8am to 4pm (Denton office)
Friday 8 AM to 4 PM (Plano office)
We are on a biweekly rotation schedule on Mondays between our Denton and Plano offices (every other Monday, we are in Plano)
