At NorthBay Health the Senior Vice President, Physician Enterprise / President of Medical Foundation oversees all physician enterprise activities and the operations of the medical foundation for a multi-hospital healthcare system capable of supporting up to 1000 licensed beds and an expansive ambulatory network generating up to $3 billion in net revenue. This role will oversee the direction and administration of all strategic, contracting, recruitment, business development, quality and clinical activities and work in conjunction with North Bay Health COO to provide oversight of operations activities. The President is broadly charged with aligning the performance and culture of NBHPE, consistent with the mutually defined interests of NBHPE and NBH and to assist NBH physicians, providers and staff in fulfilling their responsibilities. The President will be responsible for promoting the NBHPE’s services to the communities we serve. 

The President of NBHPE reports to the North Bay Health President/CEO and is a member of the NBH senior management team. This position will not require clinical responsibilities however, should the individual ultimately performing this role wish to dedicate clinical time as a portion of their FTE and the President/CEO of NBH feels it is in the best interest of the organization to do so, then he/she will be allowed to dedicate up to 20% of their FTE to clinical activities for NBHPE.
