Title: Management Company Controller / Director of Finance

Location: Greenwich CT

Summary:

Middle-Market PE Fund in growth mode and looking for a Management Company Controller / Director of Finance to work side-by-side with the CFO.

Responsibilities include financial reporting, payroll, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, tax compliance and planning, audit and compliance, expense management, investor reporting, oversight of accounting operations, regulatory reporting, strategic financial planning, and relationship management with external service providers.

Requirements: 8-15 years of relevant experience

Compensation: 200-500k, based on experience
