We are seeking an experienced and independently licensed clinician to join our growing Massachusetts team as the Program Director of Outpatient Services.

The Program Director of Outpatient Therapy, in partnership with the VP of MA and the senior leadership team, is responsible to provide leadership and oversee the daily operations of the Outpatient therapy program.

Qualifications:

• Independent clinical license in the state of Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, or licensed Psychologist)
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field
• Five years minimum experience in a clinical capacity
• Three years minimum experience in a supervisory or management capacity
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Ability to effectively lead and develop staff
• Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
