We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a full-time position in Findlay, OH. This role focuses on providing comprehensive care for adults aged 18 and over in an outpatient setting. The schedule offers flexibility in days and hours, with no hospital call required. There is a "light" phone call rotation, approximately 1:3. On average, you will see about 25 patients per day, ensuring that each patient receives attentive and personalized care. This position is supported by a hospital-employed setting using Cerner EMR, which facilitates seamless documentation and patient management.
Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Ohio license or a willingness to obtain one
• DEA registration is required, with the ability to transfer it if needed
• CSR/CDS certifications
• Least three years of experience in outpatient family medicine within the last five years.
