OverviewJoin our team as a Physician Assistant conducting comprehensive health assessments during home visits, skilled facility visits, and telehealth sessions. This unique opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on patient care, emphasizing preventive strategies and closing multiple care gaps with each visit.
ResponsibilitiesConduct Adult/Geriatric Assessments, medical history, diagnosis, and treatment
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and other medical personnel
Work in various environments including home visits, skilled facilities, and telehealth
RequirementsMaster’s Degree or commensurate experience
Current PA licensure in the state of practice
Board certified by NCCPA
Minimum Of 1 Year Experience As a Physician AssistantBLS, ACLS, or CPR certification
Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR software
Positive and outgoing personality, flexibility with frequent change
Travel RequirementsAbility to travel with a valid state driver's license and access to a car
