Compensation: $115000, - $125,000
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 5 years experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Ability to coach leaders on personal and team development.
• Strong prioritization and project management skills.
• Experience designing and deploying HR systems and processes.
• Ability to influence and advise executive leadership on talent and employment matters.
• Proficiency in data analytics; ability to influence with data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
