Provides customer information and sells NAC products both on the phone and in person.
Quotes rates, executes air bills, tracks shipments, and arranges pick up or delivery of freight.
Handles cash shipments and maintains a balanced cash drawer.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED.
Six months related experience and/or training preferred.
Must be able to interact well with customers.
Must be able to type accurately and use a ten key.
Regular attendance and shift work is required.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, criminal history check and security threat assessment.
Language And Communication Skills
Talking throughout the day, communication with customers and co-workers required.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good hearing is required for effective and safe communication with co-workers and customers.
WORK ENVIRONMENTTypically works indoor environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level. PHYSICAL EFFORT
The employee is regularly required to sit and sometimes stand.
