Northern Electric Company, Inc., an electric motor repair company in South Bend, Indiana, is looking for an aggressive sales representative with experience working with industrial accounts to join our team. The best candidate will have a background in either the mechanical or electrical field and is capable of working hand and hand with our customer's purchasing and maintenance representatives. This position is also considered part of our management team and would be required after orientation to take a week On-Call in our rotation. This would require some mandatory overtime and the employee would be responsible for answering after-hours calls, coordinate our repair team and oversee any after-hour repair work. We offer excellent wages, great health insurance along with a pension and 401k program. The candidate will be assigned a company take-home vehicle, cell phone & laptop.
Requirements/Responsibilities
- 1 Years of Outside Industrial Sales Experience
- Electrical and Mechanical Knowledge
- Operator's License with Excellent Driving Record
- Build and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships
- Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to increase Sales in Assigned Territory
