Job Description
Data Entry Technician – Part-Time
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Unix operator. In this role, you will be responsible for executing predefined procedures and protocols with precision and efficiency. While prior experience is not required, a willingness to learn and adhere to established processes is essential.
Responsibilities:

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately and consistently.
• Complete tasks according to established timelines and quality standards.
• Identify and report any deviations or inefficiencies in the process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Completes order entry for after-hours sales on demand.
• Completes daily checklist and other operational logs.
• Work on small projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and personal skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
• Critical thinking skills - using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
• Basic math skills
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Hours (Average of 26-32hrs per week):

• Sunday 2:45 – 9-10 pm
• Monday - Thursday - 4 pm until 9 or 10 pm.
• Some Holidays
