We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and possess strong leadership abilities.

Duties
- Manage and supervise construction crews on-site
- Utilize construction management software such as HeavyBid for project scheduling and cost estimation
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met
- Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to monitor progress and quality of work

NORTHERN HOME & EXCAVATION specializing:

• Site Work: Foundation Excavation, Stumping, Land clearing, Grading Drainage
• Underground utility work: Waterlines, Sewer lines, Gas lines & tanks, Septic systems
• Driveway grading, Culverts, Extensions & repairs (no asphalt work)
• Demolition work & Hammering Ledge

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supervisor in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols on construction sites
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
