Service Assistant/Writer

Northern Plains Equipment, an employee-owned, certified Case IH dealership, is currently accepting applications for a full-time Service Assistant/Writer. The position will involve following the established repair order process, keeping customers informed and updated on the repair status of their units, accurately transfer customer service needs to the work order and verify quality control. Experience in agriculture is desired. Applicants must possess:

• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to aid service technicians with parts needs, processing parts orders, warranty, etc.
• Ability to drive multiple pieces of equipment
• Thrive and multi-task in a constantly changing environment
• Ability to manage different environmental smells
