Utilize your talent to…

• Perform a wide range of requests for construction/finish carpentry and handyman services including from homeowners, apartment rentals, property management companies and commercial customers.
• Complete construction and finish carpentry requests including decks, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, doors, etc.
• Complete handyman requests including painting, general repairs, gutter maintenance, power washing, LVT flooring installs, window blinds, broken screens, etc.
• Perform apartment handyman duties including light plumbing and light electrical repairs.
• Utilize an iPad installed with the HouseCall Pro app for work orders, time tracking and payments.

Some Must Haves

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in carpentry, handyman role, home or apartment renovations, or similar
• Ability to be on call on a rotating schedule (occasional need to respond in person)
• Detail oriented and take pride in workmanship a must
• Solid finish carpentry skills required
• Light plumbing, light electrical and interior painting
• Ability to use an iPad for work orders.
• Strong ability to be independent and work with limited supervision.
• Strong work ethic including punctuality, dependability and flexibility, required
• Positive, energetic and customer service oriented
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel daily within a MA/NH territory
• Ability to pass a criminal and motor vehicle background screening
• Must have your own tools.
• Ability to meet the Physical Demands: Lift up to 75 lbs., bending, reaching, crouching and other related physical activities. Ability to operate a motor vehicle. Ability to work in various environmental conditions including extreme heat and extreme cold temperatures.

Important Stuff to Know

• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am. to 4:00 pm
• On-call availability on a rotating schedule
• Pay: $35 - $38 per hour depending on experience
• Benefits Eligible position: Medical Insurance (100% company paid premium), Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid holidays
• Location: Travel to properties generally in the Merrimack Valley, North Shore, Southern NH areas
