As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role within the Sales and Operations teams, ensuring contracts are handled with quality and accuracy. You must be adaptable to all situations, able to switch tasks frequently, a self-starter with strong attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities. This role is an in-office position with flexible remote work options.

Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee transactions from origination to payment disbursement, ensuring priority handling.
• Accurately prepare and generate contract documentation packages.
• Manage contracts and workflow processes, including necessary follow-ups.
• Process and submit insurance, title, and invoice requests.
• Review completed documentation packages and address any outstanding items.
• Obtain verbal confirmation of equipment delivery and authorization to disburse funds.
• Keep the origination platform updated with accurate status changes, notes, descriptions, pricing, and additional data.
• Follow up on post-closing documents and handle any modifications.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendor partners.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated to provide exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications & Academics:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or administration.
• Preferably possess 2 years of loan or documentation experience, ideally in commercial equipment finance environment for a financial institution or bank.
