Northland Chevrolet is looking for a Full Time Assistant Parts Manager! Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Pay ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 depending on experience.

Duties include:

• Sell products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customer's needs.
• Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly. Maintain the retail sale floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealerships standards and today's customer satisfaction.
• Assist with Parts Manager in merchandising displays.
• Assist Parts Manager with inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
• Provide service technicians with parts as required.
• Verify receiving documents.
• Follow prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of the dealership.
• Attend training as prescribed by management to maintain proficiency in his/her job description.
• Use dealership equipment and resources safely and proficiently.
• Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with.
• Performs other tasks as required by Parts Manger.
• Follow up on shortages and expedite by reporting to Parts Manager

This position requires work availability on Saturdays and occasional overtime. We are closed on Sundays.
