Northland Pioneer College is Hiring a Training and Professional Development Specialist Near Holbrook, AZ
The Training and Professional Development Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the skills,
knowledge, and performance of our staff. Working under the direction of the Director of Employee
Relations and Staffing, the specialist will collaborate with various stakeholders to design, develop, and
implement comprehensive training programs. The focus will encompass discovering, coordinating
various department training programs, monthly supervisor training, new hire onboarding, compliance
training, staff training programs, professional development activities, and performance management
initiatives. The Training & Professional Development Specialist will be responsible for the design,
modeling, testing, delivery, and evaluation of training and professional development programs for NPC.
