We are looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work in schools and homes in Northern Arizona and our clinic in Flagstaff Arizona. (We also have open OTR positions) We work with clients with physical, mental or developmental conditions across the life span with a focus on the 0-21 population. Our hourly rate currently goes from $29-$37 an hour for employees. We pay for all time including treatment, paperwork, travel and meetings. Employees earn paid time off, Continuing Education benefits, Retirement matching, and travel reimbursement Full Time employees also receive health insurance (if over 1500 hours on average a year).
NRTA is a smaller privately owned company based in the beautiful 4 season town of Flagstaff Arizona. We do have winter here and a nearby ski resort. Summer temperatures will sometimes get in the 90s.
We provide services throughout Northern Arizona including the Navajo, Hopi and Havasupai Reservations. We do pay for travel and mileage. It is possible for the COTA to live in surrounding communities in addition to Flagstaff including Sedona, Winslow, Page, or Williams. A moving bonus of $3500 would be offered. We do also offer profit sharing.
We are willing to train the right therapist. It is expected this position would include about 60% school based clients, 20% home based early intervention clients and 20% clinic, home or community sessions with Developmentally Disabled clients. We would love to find someone with experience or who would like to learn to provide feeding services.
