We are working with a well-established Design/Build Construction firm located in the Central Perimeter that is looking for an Accounting Manager.

Summary of Duties:

• Preparation of the Financial Statement and
• General ledger maintenance
• Payroll
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Insurance and Banking
• Contract Review
• Act as liaison between the management company and service companies
• Create and maintain annual company budget
• Review monthly financial statements for service companies
• Update and maintain workflow charts
• Update and maintain accounting policies and procedures
• Assist external CPA with tax returns and audits

Requirements:

• 7 years accounting experience
• Directly manage a staff of up to 12 people
• Construction/Subcontractor Industry Experience
• Viewpoint Highly desired
• CPA a Must

Base salary up to 100K plus bonus and Excellent Benefits
