Controller - Construction
Our client has an immediate need for a Controller with construction industry experience
Duties:

Work with CEO and leadership team to upgrade and redefine accounting processes and controls.
Cash flow/Forecasting to include:
- Update cashflow weekly 10wks out
- Update job forecasting weekly or monthly
- Understand cash flow and cash needs before each project starts.
- AR, minus retainage, is less than 45days
Banking Relationships/Treasury
Budgeting
Company Insurance Compliance
Financial Reporting and Tax Preparation

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting and six or more years of experience with at least a year of supervisory experience.
Experience with construction job costing.
Experience with construction accounting software (Viewpoint, SAGE 300, CMIC, Etc.).

Our client offers a salary of up to $125k plus benefits and perks.
This is an in-office role.
