Salary: Up to $90k plus excellent benefits and a generous PTO program.
Duties:
- You will assist with month-end close
- Costing of labor, materials, and shipping
- You will be responsible for Bank & Treasury Activity (Making wire payments, clearing checks, bank reconciliations, etc.)
- You will be the primary contact for A/P-related activities: invoice entry, questions from vendors, etc.)
- You will oversee A/R Clerk by providing support on heavy cash collection days and directional support when questions arise
- BA Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years of experience
- Experience working in a high-volume setting (many vendors, many customers)
- Cost accounting experience required
- QuickBooks is a plus but not required
