Salary for the Development Accountant Base Salary is up to $85k plus bonus and excellent benefits
Property Accountant:

• In this role, you will handle all the monthly accounting for a portfolio including
• Processing AP/AR and payroll
• AIA Billing
• Preparing the 3-page investor report monthly for assigned properties (Spreadsheet, Bank Statement, Leasing Updates)

Requirements:

• BS in Accounting
• AIA Billing
• Sage 300
