Job Title: Senior Estimator

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a unique approach to estimating, focusing on unit quantities and market-based costs to ensure accurate and efficient pricing. This individual will lead our estimating department, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project estimates based on market rates and unit quantities.
- Mentor and train junior estimators to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers and business development to ensure competitive bids.
- Utilize a holistic approach to estimating, considering overall project costs and market dynamics.
- 5 years of experience in estimating, preferably in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of market pricing and construction costs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with commercial interior finish projects preferred.
