We are looking for a receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office. You will oversee contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail and cashing out customers.

To be successful in this role, you must be bilingual, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, prior experience as a receptionist and bilingual is a must.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Announcing clients as necessary.
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and taking notes
• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
• Sorting and distributing mail.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Charging invoices, handling cash, using a manual credit card machine and using Orbital, our online credit card verification service.

Receptionist Requirements:

• Bilingual, Spanish/English.
• Prior experience as a receptionist.
• Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
• Word, Excel and internet knowledgeable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
