Hiring an individual to work with clients at the Thrift Store.

Promote professionalism and provide assistance as needed while job coaching or providing services to a client in a 1:1 setting.

Schedule:

Monday: 8:30am-12pm MA, 12:45pm-5:15 DH

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday: 8:30am-12:15pm JS, 12:45pm-5:30pm SH

Thursday: 8:30-12:45pm SR, 12:45pm-5:30pm SH

Friday: 8:30am-5:15pm VS

Every other Saturday 9am-1pm

Deliver supports that are provided with quality, safety, dignity and respect to the individuals served.

Promote independent living skills in a positive manner.

Minimal personal hygiene care

Ensure environment is kept safe, clean and tidy.

Able to provide person-centered services at a high level.

Work with Program Director to ensure health care needs are fully addressed and to meet regulatory and NorthStar Community Services compliance needs.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required; must be 18 years of
• Minimum of 12 months experience in Direct Care role
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
• A strong work ethic with a commitment to serving others.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

• There is a 60 day probationary period. Once that is completed annual reviews will be completed on the anniversary date.
