Benefits Annual Base Salary Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Health Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Parental Leave Mon-Fri Schedule Tuition Reimbursement Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Evenings Off Early Fridays Work from Home Responsibilities In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our personal lines department, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency to include: Servicing all aspects of our clients personal insurance needs, usually in partnership with an Account Executive or Producer, from renewal preparation and marketing to policy administration. Gathering accurate information from clients and preparing applications for submission to the insurance companies. Developing proposals and insurance summaries based on an evaluation of the clients coverage needs. Supporting and processing new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites. Explaining insurance policies and coverages, suggesting coverage enhancements, and resolving general customer inquiries. Maintaining electronic client account records and adhering to agency procedures and workflows. Oversee other Personal Lines Account Managers in the department. Requirement Servicing all aspects of our clients personal insurance needs, usually in partnership with an Account Executive or Producer, from renewal preparation and marketing to policy administration. Gathering accurate information from clients and preparing applications for submission to the insurance companies. Developing proposals and insurance summaries based on an evaluation of the clients coverage needs. Supporting and processing new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites. Explaining insurance policies and coverages, suggesting coverage enhancements, and resolving general customer inquiries. Maintaining electronic client account records and adhering to agency procedures and workflows. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management technology, preferably TAM. Familiarity with High-Net-Worth clientele and clients located in coastal markets a plus Ability to follow agency procedures and workflows with minimal supervision.
