NorthStar Kia is a leading automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality vehicles. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team to help drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Description:
As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be responsible for generating appointments and building relationships with potential customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from their first point of contact with our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team.
  • Follow up with previous customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain an accurate database of customer information and interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
