Spectrum Staffing Group is Hiring a Staff Accountant Near Dallas, TX
Spectrum Staffing Group is proud to partner with a leading Restaurant company located in Dallas, TX. Reporting directly to the Manager of Accounting & Finance, this position will be primarily responsible for period close activities and the enhancement and maintenance of accounting processes.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity paying $65K - $75K 10% bonus.
Responsibilities
- Fixed Assets: Maintain and improve asset schedules and depreciation.
- Lease Accounting: Manage lease accounting, create lease schedules, maintain property tax schedules, and handle payments.
- Chargebacks: Identify and follow up on fraudulent chargebacks.
- Journal Entries: Reconcile accounts, post journal entries.
- Balance Sheet: Ensure accuracy and compliance of general ledger activity and ending balances.
- Prepaid/Accrued Expense: Manage balance sheet accounts for proper expense recording.
- Financial Statement Close: Assist with journal entries for operating activity and changes in assets and liabilities.
