Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bus Driver to join our transportation team. The Bus Driver will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations on established routes.

Duties:

- Safely operate a bus following a set schedule and route
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transit
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus as needed
- Maintain a clean and presentable bus interior
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with passengers and address any concerns or inquiries

Requirements:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement
- Previous experience in commercial driving, particularly in school bus driving or paratransit services
- Ability to manage passenger behavior effectively
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience working with children or seniors is a plus
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance practices
- Ability to write reports and maintain accurate records
