Northway Dental Associates is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Saint Cloud, MN

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management (preferably in a Dental Office), basic knowledge of accounting and Human Resources principles.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the front desk operations
- Coordinate training development programs for staff
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Manage day-to-day operations of the dental office

-Responsible for reporting time/hours on a bi-weekly basis to accountant

-Oversee the management of patient financial accounts and accounts receivable

- Manage the dental software-daily summaries, closing entries, update fee and review codes
- Assist in budgeting and financial record-keeping using QuickBooks
- Coordinate vendor relationships and manage vendor contracts
- Ensure smooth operations of the office on a day-to-day basis
- Implement and maintain organizational systems to enhance efficiency

-Manage the employee life cycle; recruiting, onboarding, benefits, retention and offboarding.

-Manage and resolve employee and customer service related issues

Requirements:

- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Experience in dental or medical office management is a plus
- Ability to handle budgeting tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills for employee and vendor management
- Proficiency in clerical duties and maintaining office records, previous experience working in a medical or dental software

Pay for this position starts at $30/hour depending upon previous work experience.
