Job Description
Manages, performs, evaluates, and implements medical record retrieval processes for risk adjustment programs. Partners with the leadership, staff, and the provider relations department to coordinate chart retrieval projects with contracted provider locations. Manages daily functions of Quality Coordinators deployed for chart retrieval functions. Provides vendor oversight for delegated departmental initiatives.
