Responsibilities

You will..

Complete general office operations, including :

  • electronic correspondence
  • scanning, filing
  • scheduling appointments
  • processing paperwork
  • posting payments
  • generating contracts and agreements for customer accounts

  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
