Job Description
- Provide copy services support to administrative and instructional staff members to include production, scheduling, and delivery of completed product in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the completion of bindery services : folding, plastic comb binding, lamination, shrink-wrapping, and padding.
- Serve as support person for the job management software Print Shop Pro.
- Monitor emails and phones daily for incoming projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Administrative experience and general knowledge of office procedures.
- Ability to type 25 WPM accurately.
- Ability to work under pressure and complete projects in a time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to life up to 50lbs
