Perform intermediate maintenance job functions. Assist Maintenance Trades, in learning, and task completion capacity. Technician II is an experienced level position for Engineering Services, candidates must have a strong mechanical, and technical aptitude, along with a willingness to learn and advance. Intermediate maintenance skills are required. Technician must have a good working knowledge of Physical Plant Systems, HVAC, and Building Automation System. Must be able to perform electrical task on voltages up to 480V and be able to read a one line wiring diagram. Individual will need to have experience running generators and knowledge of emergency transfer switches.
