Description
Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Human Resources Consultant - Temporary, to work hybrid in our Burien, WA office. Purpose The purpose of this role will be to provide a variety of human resources expertise on a variety of areas including leave management, workers compensation / L&I, FMLA, project work, process improvement, and more.
Performs day-to-day Human Resources tasks and provides support, coaching, and guidance to employees at all levels of the organization.
This role reports to the VP People & Culture to review, revise, apply, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure equitable and legal application.
The HR Consultant participates in and upholds NKC’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and trauma informed practice.
Shift : Full-time, Monday-Friday, Hybrid This is a temporary role expected to last 6-12 months and will be benefit eligible. Essential Duties :

The accrual rate will be 7.39 hours each bi-weekly pay period for staff.
