Northwest Kidney Centers is Hiring a Recruiter - Healthcare, Temporary Near Seattle, WA

Northwest Kidney Centers is hiring a Temporary Recruiter to join our HR Team. This is a local hybrid role, which will work 2 days onsite in our Burien Administrative Office after initial training period. This role is expected to work for 6-12 months and will be benefit-eligible. PurposeThe Recruiter in our organization is on a path to being a talent advisor – we are partners to our operations partners and not order takers. This role will drive full-cycle recruitment for clinical/licensed roles and administrative/corporate openings, including partnering with hiring leaders, intakes, sourcing, interviewing, coaching leaders, and close offers. The Recruiter will work to develop pipelines through school and community outreach partnerships to both support diversity and attract top talent to Northwest Kidney Centers. The Recruiter will develop strategies to effectively fill a wide variety of positions and work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resource teams to ensure effective hiring and onboarding experience. May perform Human Resources related duties to support our organizational and department initiatives and goals.
Shift: Full-time, Exempt, Temporary. This is primarily a Monday through Friday opportunity, which may have occasional weekend or evening hours to support events in our community.
Required Qualifications The candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent years of recruiting experience
  • 3 years of full-cycle recruitment exp
  • Metric-driven and leverages data to advise leaders
  • Knowledgeable with recruiting and sourcing best practices
  • Demonstrate success in coaching hiring leaders; create, execute, and be able to demonstrate diverse sourcing strategies
Preferred qualifications:
  • Healthcare full-cycle experience; ideally ambulatory/clinic environments
  • Use of Jobvite (or other ATS), ADP
  • Sourcing training/certification such as through LinkedIn, Social Talent, HCI, etc.
