The Performance Development Administrator coordinates Northwest Permanente employee performance appraisal processes, assists with the development, facilitation, and design of talent review meetings, has responsibility for their implementation, and provides technical support and training for the web-based performance management tool. The Performance Development Administrator also compiles, structures, and analyzes data to make recommendations to support continued performance development across the organization.
