Northwest Real Estate Solutions is Hiring a Real Estate Assistant Near Vancouver, WA

REQUIRED PLEASE READ!

** Mostly remote job with 5% or so of work time spent traveling within 6 hours of Vancouver/PDX area **

Required that you live within Oregon / Washington and are willing to drive within 6 hours of the Vancouver/PDX area.

The reason that the pay shows as a large range is because the starting pay will be around $17 per hour during the initial 30 day training period. After the training period is expired, you will be bumped to $20 per hour. If you spend considerable time in the company with a great performance, there will be opportunities for bonuses that can earn you $100 per hour easily.

As a part of my application process, I require that you take a personality assessment. This is because I want to ensure that you will be a good fit with our company. If you don't complete the personality assessment within 48 hours of applying, I will automatically reject your application.

Friendly - you must come across as warm and friendly so that the customer can feel comfortable providing us with the necessary information about the property.

You must type at least 50 words per minute - there is a lot of information that you’ll be typing as you listen to the voicemail messages and speak with the customer. So, typing speed is a must-have for us.

Team player - you’ll be a very important part of our real estate team and so you’ll need to work with the various other team players.

Highly organized - you’ll be working inside of our CRM and managing the leads and scheduling calls to follow up with them, so you must be organized.

Flexible - being a team player means you’ll pitch in as needed with other tasks the team will need help with.

High-Speed Internet Connection - goes without saying that you should have a fast internet connection.

Excellent Written English and Attention to Detail - You have to be able to communicate extremely well in the written word and have absolute accuracy on documents you will prepare. This means structure, proper use of nouns and adjectives, etc. Your ability to communicate precisely using the written word is very important.

Pleasing personality - You'll be interacting with clients, customers, and various business partners. So having a pleasing personality is a MUST. That means you're outgoing and positive when on the phone with people.

Duties of personal assistant

1. Answer calls/make calls for seller leads
a. Must drop what you are doing and make the call for the lead within 30-60 seconds of receiving it.

b. Record/store phone conversations in company Google Drive

c. Take notes during phone call

d. Run comparable sales data for each lead and calculate property value.

e. Pull tax card for each lead (verify ownership/do self title search if possible)

f. After speaking with every lead for the first time, email me a property report based on your findings.

g. Call back client, and schedule a phone consultation with boss

h. Follow up with leads

2. Manage rental properties
a. Correspond with current tenants

b. Deliver notices if rent is not paid on time

c. Schedule showings with prospective tenants

d. Market properties by putting them on FB marketplace or Craigslist or other associated websites. This will require you to use your own personal FB account for the purpose of accessing FB marketplace.

e. Run background checks on prospective tenants

f. Correspond with and schedule meetings with contractors

g. Prepare paperwork

3. Manage flips/current deals
a. Order full title search from title company

b. Market properties by listing them on the MLS or putting them on FB marketplace or Craigslist or other associated websites.

c. Prepare paperwork

d. General correspondence with title company

e. Schedule signings/closings

f. Verify payoff amounts of all liens

4. Random personal assistant tasks
a. Manage personal google calendar in cooperation with your boss

b. Scheduling doctors appointments

c. Helping interview and hire contractors, other assistants in the future, video editors, or any other job I might be looking to hire for.

d. Scheduling lawyer appointments.

e. Any other random personal assistant task that might come up over time.

Pay: $17.00 - $100.00 per hour
