We are looking for 2 PT Day Shift Direct Support Professionals who will work in client homes in the Lacey/Olympia, WA area. Our adult clients have intellectual and developmental disabilities. The daytime shifts available are an 7am -2pm or an 8am 4pm. We provide paid training. You will be working two days on, then 2 days off, and have every other weekend off. You must complete all required training. Must be able to provide proof of Covid vaccination record (boosters not required)

*New hire bonus: $500 once you have worked your first 90 days then another $500 when you have completed your first 6 months of work. *

• $20.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist adult clients with their personal care - personal hygiene and grooming
• Daily tasks include light housekeeping, laundry, and keeping the home comfortable for the clients
• Plan meals, shopping for groceries, preparing and serving food/meals
• Accompany clients to scheduled appointments and activities such as going to the beach, the movies, shopping at the mall, etc.
• Remind and assist clients with self-administration of medications
• Document services provided using computer software
• Agency Requirements:
• -Be at least 18 Years or older
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Must be able to provide proof of completed Covid vaccination record
• Be Able to Pass a Washington State Criminal Background Check
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, twist, turn, sit/stand for periods of time
