Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) is Hiring an Acute Care Residential Specialist - Day Shift Near Saint Albans, VT
The Community Support and Rehabilitation Team (CRT) is seeking a highly organized, self-starting, and energetic person for our Acute Care Residential Specialist position working closely with individuals who are experiencing acute forms of mental illness in our crisis bed and residential programs. Collaborative work with client’s treatment team, other agencies, and community resources is essential in assisting individuals with gaining independence and receiving comprehensive care.
Position Requires:
- Team player who can work collaboratively with all residential programs and crisis team
- Supports adults experiencing crises, with the goal of diverting hospitalizations
- Flexibility with schedule
- Cross training across other residential sites
- Transportation of clients is required when needed
- Position is 6am-6pm Sunday-Tuesday and every other Saturday
