Duties Include
- Providing family support, parent education, and service coordination to address child and family goals in homes, childcare settings, as well as team environments.
- Provision of telehealth services to children and families.
- Knowledge of child development birth to three; knowledge of developmental delays and children with medical/genetic disorders.
- Previous experience in Early Intervention, early child development, childcare, and/or human services & social work.
- Knowledge of Children's Integrated Services (CIS) and the early childhood system of care for infants, toddlers, and their families.
- Training in screening and assessment tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; reliable internet connection at home; and a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation.
High school diploma and at least two years of experience working directly with children birth to five years of age with developmental delays or disabilities.
