Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Worker IV-PH Building Maintenance reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Under general supervision, troubleshoots, analyzes and repairs equipment and utility malfunctions. Possesses the knowledge, background and training in specific areas to allow for responsibility of one or more utility or equipment systems throughout the facility. Has the skills, ability and experience to directly supervise other department employees in the repair of equipment and utility systems and to provide ongoing training and education to other employees in these areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is full-time, 80 hours per pay period, day shift, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with alternating weekends and holidays.
This position will be in the Maintenance department with a specialization in HVACR.
EPA certified.
