Job Description

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for a full-time opportunity in Lake Forest, IL, located in the northern suburbs of Chicago.

This position is ambulatory clinic-based position that will primarily provide team-based care to stabilize patients for transition to general primary care. This position will perform new consultation from referrals received through the emergency and inpatient departments. The ideal candidate should be BE/BC in Primary Care. The physician will work in conjunction with 2 health advocates and other NM subspecialists.
