• Outside of Work : Dedicated basketball coach for his daughters' teams, actively involved in his local church and small group.

Hosts radio shows on sports topics, emphasizing coaching and motivation.

Emily Jenkins, RICP Financial Advisor :

• Time with NM : 5 years as an advisor, 5 years prior as an associate.
• Prior Experience : 10 years as an Outdoor Advertising Account Executive

Jim LaPinska, Managing Director :

• Time with NM : 15 years.
• Prior Experience : Played college football at Maryville College, NM ever since.
• Outside of Work : Active in community, pickleball player in local men’s league, passionate about skiing, and enjoys travel.
