About CoMo Native, Mike Mouser, Managing Director : Mike Mouser was adopted from Seoul, South Korea, and raised in Southeast Missouri, where his love for baseball and sports flourished from a young age.

He further developed his leadership skills during his time at Mizzou, where he pursued a BA in Marketing and actively engaged in the Vasey Academy, Cornell Leadership Program, and Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity.

Upon graduating from Mizzou, Mike embarked on his career journey, joining Northwestern Mutual in 2012 while still in college.

The company's culture, mentorship from successful advisors, and the opportunity to impact lives resonated deeply with him.

Transitioning to full-time with Northwestern Mutual in the summer of 2013, Mike shaped his vision for a future filled with growth and impact.

Today, Mike resides in Columbia, MO, with his wife Heidi, who plays an integral role in the Northwestern Mutual Columbia office.

Together, they have built a thriving family business and are overjoyed to have a healthy little boy who brings immense joy to their lives.
